Where ever you are, you hear “be positive”! But the life is like an ocean, they are some soft waves, some impressives waves, some joyfull waves, some shame waves…so “be positive” of course, but this is not an order, this is a way of living dailylife by surfing through this emotional ocean!? Before to do anything in this critical situation we realized the completly illusory of the beings that we think we are and get back again to the beings that we really are, which includ all of this outisde world, no longer left outside!
